This is a market survey attempting to identify qualified vendors capable of providing an automated software system capable of being used to manage and plan joint command, control, communication, computer and intelligence (C4I) services, devices and systems. The JNMS will be employed by the CINCs, CINC Service Components, JTF J-6 JCCC and Component Commands. The proposed Operational Requirements Document (ORD) describing the JNMS may be accessed on the Army Business Opportunity Page at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil where it is posted under Solicitation Number DAAB07-00-R-F001. This document provides greater detail on the system's requirements. We are specifically interested in identifying potential sources for the JNMS who have systems that are currently capable of meeting as many of the JNMS Key Performance Parameter (KPP) threshold requirements as identified in the ORD. This announcement is an expression of interest only and does not commit the government to pay for proposal preparation costs. Interested parties should be alert for subsequent announcements that may be posted on the Army Business Opportunity Page or published in the Commerce Business Daily. Responses to this announcement should contain a Title Page, Summary, System Description, and Supporting Data. The Title Page should contain the system name, date, and the name and telephone number of the author and/or other points of contact. The Summary should briefly outline, in bullet form, an overview of the capabilities of the candidate system to include a brief description of its functional and physical characteristics and should specifically address its ability to meet any or all of the KPP threshold capabilities of the JNMS. It should also contain an approximate cost and procurement lead time. The System Description should clearly define the system, and how it operates with functional diagrams and specifications. The Supporting Data should augment the description with any test data or other information which would support the assertions provided in the description.
