The Environmental Protection Agency's Technology Innovation Office of the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response (OSWER) desires analytical, technical and management support services to support various programs within OSWER, as well as other Agency offices. This work involves assisting the Agency with the preparation and conducting of analytical studies of OSWER program strategies and regulatory initiatives and the analyses of technologies for the treatment and measurement of hazard wastes. It is anticipated that this will be a competitive total small business set-aside, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The anticipated release date for the Request for Proposals (RFP) is September 7, 1999. The anticipated level-of-effort provides for a three-year contract of 120,000 direct labor hours. The purpose of this CBD announcement is to notify potential offerors of EPA's requirement, generate the source list, and to direct interested parties to the EPA's "Doing Business with EPA" Internet World Wide Web site (http://www.epa.gov/oam/srpod)for further information on this procurement as it becomes available.
