The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery-Requirements type contract for the procurement of graphic media services for the San Diego Regional Electronic Media Center, NETPDTC. Services shall consist of traditional and computer graphic generated graphic media and artwork, Desktop Publishing and Presentation materials including art and computer graphics, consultation and visualization services, flock cards, black and white and color prints, signs, overhead transparencies, mounting of art and photographs, lamination of art and photographs and, digitizing/scanning services. Period of performance shall be for one base year (01 JAN 2000 through 30 SEP 2000) and two, 1-year options. Offerors must have the capability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance (receipt and generation).
