Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for a new waterline to the Boathouse at USCG Station Menemsha, Chilmark, MA (Dukes County). Work includes cutting an approximately 2' wide, 4' deep, 480' long utility trench for a 1-1/2" PVC waterline. Approximately 150' of the utility trench will be through bituminous concrete, the remainder will be through a dirt road leading to the Coast Guard boathouse at Menemsha. Additional work includes excavating 3 pits as indicated in the contract drawings to hook up existing waterlines, re-paving all portions of the asphalt road affected by the utility trench, re-grading and placing a gravel surface course on the unpaved travel way leading to the boathouse and incidental related work.
