The work consists of constructing a water system and electrical improvements at the Gerber Reservoir Guard Station and Recreation area and the Fort Rock Fire Guard Station. Gerber Reservoir Guard Station work includes replacing approximately 13,000 lineal feet of small diameter water lines, valves, and appurtenances; a new potable water well and pump house, a new 1,000 gallon steel water tan, modifications to existing pumping and storage equipment, construction of two fish cleaning stations; and extension of approximately 4000 feet of electrical power conduit. Fort Rock Fire Guard Station work includes replacing approximately 1300 lineal feet of small diameter water lines and appurtenances, and minor modifications to the existing electrical distribution system. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price. Project site is located in Klamath and Polk Counties, Klamath Falls and Lakeview Resource Areas, Lakeview District, Oregon. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
