The Army requires a contract in connection with Post Beautification at Ft. Stewart, GA. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following: construct asphalt parking, sidewalks, curbs & gutters, grading, drainage, soil erosion protection; install in ground irrigation system, wood benches, planters, and new planting material. All site work and demolition to be performed as necessary. Work requirement also includes maintenance of vegetation. Performance is expected to be completed within 360 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project is solicited as a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under SIC 1629. The small business size standard for this SIC is $17.0M. Funds are not currently available and no contract shall be awarded until such time as appropriated funds from which contract award can be made become available.
