The work shall include (1) the removal of the existing suspended ceiling and all light fixtures. (2) Provide a new suspended ceiling system including a new energy efficient lighting system. (3) Provide a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning system including the removal of a protion of the old HVAC system. (4) Provide new interior walls and other necessary items to construct private offices and restrooms. (5) Provide interior finishes through-out to include carpeting, ceramic tile, acoustical ceiling tile and painting. (6) Provide new electrical service, conduit and wiring for both telephone and a computer network connections. (7) Reconfigure existing fire sprinkler system and fire alarm system.
