Work includes installation of new kitchen equipment and eating area. The new cafeteria includes a sun room which will extend east of the current building requiring a new slab and the removal of several tilt up panels in the existing wall. The HVAC unit will be mounted on the roof. Construction Cost Range: $375,000 to $400,000. Construction completion time will be one hundred eighty (180) from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Evaluation criteria in addition to price have been specified: 1) Experience, and 2) Supplier capability.
