Potential Sources Sought. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Potential sources are being sought for a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) or Non-Developmental Item (NDI) replacement for the current triple-deck hi-8mm airborne video recorder on the F-16 test Aircraft flown by the Air National Guard Air Force Reserve Test Center. The technology sought should minimize any redevelopment and non-recurring engineering and must retain at least existing recording capabilities. Technology sought will be a form,fit and function replacement for the current triple-deck, hi-8mm video recorder. Technology sought will possess the capability to record video and data information. The expected airborne environment of the video/data recorder is a typical fighter/attack aircraft environment.
