FISC San Diego is announcing its intent to issue a directed sole source procurement to Zemarc Corp under authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the following item. This announcement is published as a Total Small Business Set-Aside action per FAR 52.219-6 (this means you must be a small business, quoting the product of a small-business manufacturer); all eligible, responsible sources may submit an offer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
