Moody, Contracting Officer, 202-708-8236 Pending the availability of funds, the US Department of Education intends to solicit proposals to conduct a national assessment of vocational education of secondary and postsecondary schools. This is part of the National Assessment of Vocation Education(NAVE). Findings and recommendations that result from NAVE activities are due to Congress by July 1, 2002. This procurement is for 26 months. This is a first quarter FY 2000 procurement. It will be incrementally funded. Request solicitation ED-99-R-0046.
