Typical project work is revised as follows: (a) renovation and replacement of HVAC systems, re-design of water systems (internal to buildings), installation and extension of sprinkler systems, installation of restrooms, as well as, installation and retrofitting of elevators in existing buildings; (b) modification of electrical systems and upgrade of existing building power distribution systems; (c) Civil work as it relates to installation of site utilities, design of parking lots and landscaping; (d) architectural and structural support services, which may include significant renovation of existing spaces or buildings; And finally (e) studies relating to code research, space planning, cost analysis, structural analysis and architectural evaluation.
