In addition the contractor shall provide telecommunications network operations monitoring, continental United States terrestrial back-haul telecommunications circuits, and continental United States interconnection to the public National Information Infrastructure. This procurement will be a fixed priced type contract, with performance period of five years including all options. The place of performance will be at a contractor provided terrestrial gateway (currently at Brewster, WA), and AMES Research Center, Mountain View, CA. A single award is anticipated and will be based on the evaluation of an other factors proposal and price.
