The overall purposes are (1) to evaluate the fesibility of developing collaborative partnerships between DV advocates and MH providers and systems in order to improve services to domestic violence survivors and their childre, and (2) to determine what technical assistance is needed by State Mental Health Offices and other organizations and individuals if such partnerships are deemed to be feasible.
