B-DEVELOP ALGORITHMS The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), accepted a proposal from Polytechnic University, 6 MetroTech Center, Brooklyn, NY for a 12 month development effort. Polytechnic University has developed a ray tracing propagation model which will be improved and incorporated into the ITS Geographic Information System (GIS) model as required by our sponsoror, the Department of Defense.
