U -- ORGANIZE, COORDINATE AND DEVELOP BROCHURE FOR TRAINING TITLED "OUTCOMES BASED TREATMENT PLANNING, MANAGEMENT AND PURCHASING" The Albuquerque Area Office (AAO) Indian Health Service (IHS), Behavioral Health Program intends to award a sole source purchase order to Dee Kaufman, MSW, Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards. The contractor will be responsible to organize and coordinate a two-day training geared for the AAO IHS, tribal and urban population of providers of health care serviced by IHS. Requirements include providing and coordination of training presenters, facilitators, support staff and training facility location. Other requirements include development of brochure and packets for training participants; dessimination of brochure to programs pre-identified by AAO and provide support staff for performance of coordination, copying, mailing, registration and other necessary services for the two-day training.
