Remove existing oil furnaces and window A/C units, repair windows, and provide new heat pump units, insulate existing ductwork, replace floor grilles, replace existing electric panels and upgrade electric service in three buildings. Remove oil boiler, baseboard heat and associated piping; provide heat pump and new insulated ductwork in one building. Surface patching to grounds and structures.
