The work required to be performed by the contractor consists of service/maintenance and repairs necessary to maintain forty four (44) motorized vertical lift doors in Bldg 4055, one (1) motorized roll-up lift door and one (1) motorized vertical lift door in Bldg 2640. Operation & Maintenance Manual for the roll-up door is from the Overhead Door Corporation and Operation & Maintenance Manual for the motorized vertical lift doors is from International Door Incorporated, and will be provide with the solicitation.
