The government intends to procure the following under other than full and open competition from Oceaneering International, Inc. of 501 Prince George's Blvd, Upper Marlboro, Maryland 20772 pursuant to FAR 13.5: (1) Conversion and upgrade of two HYDRA 1850 Remotely Operated Vehicles, Cable Repair System I and Cable Repair System II from "top hat" to "free swimmers" and (2) Upgrade of two control consoles to function with the converted vehicles.
