Coast Guard Research and Development Center has a need for the following service: Helicopter Video Link Services. The USCG will require a vendor to provide all products, equipment and services needed to produce live, high-quality overhead video pictures of a coastal oil spill exercise to be conducted by the USCG near Galveston Texas the week of 1-5 November 1999. The purpose is to allow exercise controllers to view offshore vessel maneuvers from a control center located less than ten miles away near the shoreline.
