The Department of Veterans Affairs, White River Jct., VT is soliciting quotations to provide 1 FTE Gastroenterologist for the period September 1, 1999 through November 30, 1999, with three 3-month options to renew the required services. The solicitation number is 405-61-99. This solicitaiton is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. The acquisition is unrestricted. The standard industrial classification (SIC) is 8049. Requirement is to provide: 1 full time gastroenterologist for Monday thru Friday inpatient and outpatient services. This physician is required to be ACLS certified and credentialled in conscious sedation. The physician will be responsible for management of the GI Section of this hospital. All responses are due no later than 8-20-99. Evaluations will be made on availability, qualifications, past performance, price, and small disadvantaged business participation.
