R -- COMMUNITY OUTREACH SUPPORT SERVICES SOL 052571-99-A-0523 DUE 090999 POC Vangie San Juan (650) 615-7234 The US Postal Service (USPS) intends to award one or more Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC) for Community Outreach Support services in the Pacific Area, which compromises California, Hawaii, U.S. territories of Guam and American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. The support services will include but not limited to: planning public outreach meetings or coordinating logistics for meetings; designing and producing publicity materials, which may include presentation boards, maps, conceptual drawings, flow charts, and slides; facilitating community meetings and graphically recording participants' comments; and producing reports documenting community meeting outcomes. The contract will be for two (2) years with three (3) one-year renewal options, and can not exceed a total value of $2.5M. The total award for a twelve month period can not exceed $500,000. Interested firms must have a minimum of five staff years recent experience in community meeting facilitation, design and graphics production, and coordination with elected officials. Interested firms must obtain a prequalification package, which will be available for $25.00.
