Landscape Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to landscape the Stony Creek siphon area at the Glenn Colusa Irrigation District Canal crossing where construction has taken place. Planting shall occur from mid October through late December to accomodate the possible presence of giant garter snake and the dormancy period of elderberries. A revegetation plan has been developed whereas types of plants and trees are outlined in the Plan. Maintenance of the revegetated area is required for one year following planting and requires weed control, irrigation, and monitoring of herbivory. Location of area is West of Willows, California.
