The Marine Forces Reserves, New Orleans, LA is soliciting training and program management support services in support of the Marine Corps Family Readiness Support Program (FRSP). A training instructor is required to augment the Family Readiness Support Officer's (FRSO) implementation of the FRSP. The training instructor services are required to plan and conduct Key Volunteer Network (KVN) and Family Readiness Officer Training Courses; and to ensure training course(s) content is consistent with the USMC KVN Training Manuals, current USMC Orders, and other pertinent directives. The training instructor must maintain close coordination with FRSO to ensure implementation of all family readiness programs. Program management support services and related administrative services are required to facilitate exchange of information in support of family readiness programs. The contract period will be for one year from 1 Oct 99 until 30 Sep 00, with four option years.
