The Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia is seeking a qualified individual or organization to provide the services of a substance Abuse Instructor. Scheduling will normally consist of five (5), sessions per week, with each session being six hours in duration, for an estimated one hundred thirty (130) sessions. The contractor will provide substance abuse awareness/instruction in informational areas of substance use/abuse required by state parole commission(s) and/or Bureau of Prisons policy for incarcerated female offenders at the Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, West Virginia. The contractor must, at a minimum, possess at least a Baccalaureate degree in Psychology, Human Development, Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling or Social Work from an approved program and regionally accredited institution. This procurement is a total small business set aside. The contract period will be from date of award through September 30, 2000. The estimated availability of this solicitation is August 20, 1999.
