Work will initiate with the removal of existing partitions, finishes, acounstical ceiling tile and suspension systems, exterior window systems and electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. New construction for this facility will include installation of electrical mechanical and plumbing systems. Cutting and patching of existing floor slabs will be necessary for the installation of these systems. New toilets and locker rooms will be installed complete with finishes, fixtures, accessories and toilet partitions. Construction will also include installation of a new handicap lift, control desk and sauna. In addition new GWB partitions acoustical ceiling type and suspension systems, hollow metal doors and frames and exterior windors will be installed.
