Postal Service is soliciting proposals to renovate the restrooms at the Hartford, CT Processing & Distribution Center at 141 Weston St. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, general construction, flooring, painting, plumbing and electrical work. The estimated cost of the work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00, with completion within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on September 2, 1999. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made.
