Background "Soliciation notice: Project numbers: WP 960525 Scope of work consist of furnishing all labor equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with the replacement of the existing 650 KW diesel engine generator with new 1500 KW generator inside building 20770. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
