System shall furnish 1000 CFM of outside air. Cooling capacity of system is 7.5 tons. Heating capacity of system is approximately 50,000 BTUH. Air handler shall be mounted outside the building. Work includes aire conditioning, digital automatic temperature control, hot water recirculation piping, condensing units, ductwork, pipe and duckwork, insultation concrete work and associated electrical work. All work is to be completed within 60 calendar days following receipt of Notice to Proceed. Standard classification Sic Code 1711. This requirement is being procured under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures using Best Value. Magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. Only site visit will be conducted.
