Must contain less than 10% total solvents. Delivery will be on a call in basis as needed with a response time of no more than 2 weeks. The delivery schedule is approximately 45 drums every other month for one-year period beginnings November 1, 1999. Delivery will be made to NADEP Receiving Officer, Cherry Point, and NC.
