The National Ground Intelligence Center intends to procure memberships, for approximately 130 employees, in a fitness center. The Government will subsidize the membership fee at approximately 50% of the annual cost. The Fitness center must be within a 20 mile radius of downtown Charlottesville. Fitness center must offer a variety of exercise equipment to include cardiovascular, weight resistance training, free weights, and aerobic training. Interested vendors are invited to submit a response, within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, which must include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the above requirements. No solicitation document exists, however, all responses from vendors demonstrating their capabilities will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to all firms that are found responsive to the requirements of this notice or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
