The Contractor shall provide nonpersonal services in providing advice and assistance with computer programming language Clarion 5 in the enhancement of the Pervaporation performance Prediction Software and Database. Emphasis of the Clarion 5 programming advice and assistance from the contractor shall focus on (both the stand-alone version and/or the Web version) the tutorial, bench and pilot-scale simulators and the database parts of the software to make it more user-friendly and enhance their applicability to the chemical industry.
