Contractor will be required to furnish all components of the Picker PQ6000 system, including VISTAR Workstation and power conditioner, excluding Dryview Laser Imager. All interconnections, cabling, interfaces and operatin g software for the above system are covered (except x-ray tubes will be provided by the VA through National Acquisition Center (NAC), Hines, Ill, procurement office. Installation of x-ray tubes will be covered under this contract. The PQ6000 is located at the DVA Medical Center, Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, Iowa. Normal hours of coverage are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, excluding federal holidays. Contractor must respond with a phone call to the COTR or desginee within two hours after receipt of phone notification of 24 hours per day. If the problem cannot be corrected by phone, the contractor will commence work on-site physical response within two hours after receipt of notification abd will proceed.
