Install/replace traffic signal controllers, NEMA type, multiple phase with solid state microprocessor, multi channel plus monitor, loop detector amplifier, memory module, etc., at five (5) locations. Remove existing controllers, loops, wiring as required. Provide arrow signal heads, loop detectors, as required; install new wiring and other accessories complete. Install single ground stations at each traffic light pole carrying existing light span wires, etc. All poles shall be separately grounded, postwide. Connect all span wires at each intersection with ground wire through galvanized conduit. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. Range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition is pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1731, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
