The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor and materials to complete the subject project in accordance with project specifications and drawings. Work shall include but not be limited to: saw cutting and removal of existing slab on grade concrete flooring; remove existing electrical feeders; taking down a lead lined wall; rework floor including stabilization of existing sub-base; pouring new concrete forming floor for new Base Frame Pit; pulling new electrical feeders; and, re-building a lead lined barrier wall. The contractor shall also re-build the drop ceiling to match the new ceiling layout as indicated on the specifications and drawings. The Government estimate for this project is $25,000 -- $100,000. SIC 1542 -- General Construction applies to this project. Projected issue date is 8/20/99 with a projected BOD of 9/21/99.
