The principle features of work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor and material in performing all operations in connection with the construction, demolition, alteration, and repair of the base water lines. All work will be completed in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications for Project Number NKAK 99-1071 include, but are not limited to: 1)Maintain vehicular traffic & erosion & sediment plan; 2) Demolish and replace pavements, sidewalks, and etc. as required; 3) Construct water distribution lines; 4) Construct service lines; 5) Hydrostatic testing and disinfection of water distribution, service lines & buildings; 6) Sodding and landscaping where necessary and; 7) Cleanup of work area. This is a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The performance period will be base year and two option year periods. This procurement is being issued as an 8a competitive acquisition. This acquisition is restricted to the State of Arkansas.
