CORRECTION: Guaranteed Minimum for "unrestricted" contract is increased from $60,000 to $120,000 and total contract capacity for the "Unrestricted" contract only is increased from an estimated NTE $15 Million (estimated $3 Million per contract period) to an estimated NTE $30 Million (estimated NTE $6 Million per contract period -- Base Period plus four (4) Option Periods. Unused contract capacity for both the "Unrestricted" contract and the "8(a) Competitive" contract may be carried over to the following contract period. However, contract duration, for either contract, shall not exceed 60 months after date of award. Total estimated contract capacity (Unrestricted contract plus 8(a) Competitive contract) which will be distributed via Task Orders between the two contractors (based upon criteria set forth in the solicitation) is increased from $26 Million to $41 Million.
