The NAWCAD intends to procure Leak Detector P/N 540B. The detector is a lightweight, portable, explosion-proof unit designed for leak location and testing on aircraft fuel cell packs and associated plumbing. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit proposal, which may be used by the government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals must be received within 15 days. Responses should reference N68335-99-R-0309.
