DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF MODIFICATION: Monorail Floating Ball Bearing Turntable will be TC/AMERICAN MONORAIL Part No. 3912 (Modified as described below) OR equivalent. MODIFICATION/CHARACTERISTICS OF EQUIPMENT: 5000 LB capacity; Outside diameter: 26" +0.000/-0.125"; Height of turntable and beam assembly no greater than 14.000"; 8 x 4 x 18.4# I beam, s-shaped, ordinary strength steel, length 24" +/- 0.063"; Maximum weight of assembly is 300 LBS;should be designed to be manually turned by one average strength person while at maximum load. TESTING: Manufacturer load test and certify I.A.W. ASME B30.11 DESIGN REVIEW BEFORE MANUFACTURE: The contractor/manufacturer shall provide design drawings for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) review before commencing construction.
