The Government has a requirement to upgrade 2 each Andrews SCI-COMM RDU 2960 systems to RDU 2960DF systems, and to buy some additional equipment for the Deployable Combat Measurement Systems (DECMS). These systems will be used by the 413th Flight Test Squadron at Edwards AFB, CA. The Government intends to award a Sole Source contract to Andrews SCI-COMM based on the proprietary software and programming required to upgrade these systems.
