The wireless devices must include, but not be limited to, wireless handsets/telephones with paging capabilities, and Internet protocol (IP). Addressable pagers should be capable of numeric, voice and text messaging. Suppliers must have following capabilities: Seamless nationwide coverage for automatic call delivery in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U. S. Virgin Islands; international roaming; detailed maps of all covered areas. Multiple management reports via CD-ROM technology detailing cost. Single point of contact for streamlined and consistent processing of orders, activation and fulfillment. Handsets must be Y2K compliant, with digital or dual band/dual mode capability with Authentication Protection, include all compatible accessories and have a one year manufacturer's warranty, Digital features should include, Caller ID, Voicemail, Three-way Calling, Text Messaging, Numeric Paging, and Call Waiting.
