Continuous roll of air blown fiber, Item 0002 -- 13,120 feet of P/N FB06M66 -ABF MM continuous roll of air blown fiber, Item 0003 -- 13,120 feet of P/N FB06SX6 -ABF SM continuous roll of air blown fiber, Item 0004 -- 15 packs (10 per pack) of P/N DE08MC Tube connectors, Item 0005 -- 5 packs (10 per pack) of P/N DETC008 tube clip/holders, Item 0006 -- 80 each of P/N FTFLD318 breakouts, Item 0007 -- 8 each of P/NFTFLD1 breakouts, Item 0008 -- 2 each of P/N DE12IDU tube distributions boxes 20x20x7", Item 0009 -- 2 each of P/N DE24IDU tube distribution boxes 36x30x9", Item 0010 -- 4 each of P/N FT48WFM 48 port commercial wall mount boxes, Item 0011 -- 6 each of P/N FT144RF 144 port commercial rack mount boxes. Item 0012 -- 180 each of P/N FT6STM26 pack multimode ST panel. This requirement is restricted to competition of authorized resellers of Sumitomo products. Sumitomo is the only known manufacturer of the required items. These items are required for installation at Ship Systems Engineering Center (SSEC) to upgrade existing Air-blown Fiber cable plant to support upcoming installation of the SSDS MK 2 system for testing. These products are related to Sumitomo Electric '5 Air Blown Fiber Technology of which Sumitomo holds patent rights and is the sole producer of this product and the process. These items will be acquired on a limited source basis utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 19 August 1999. Anticipated award date of 20 August 1999. All items are to be priced FOB DESTINATION Wallops Island, VA. Delivery shall be three weeks after receipt of order. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY (CBD) NOTICE.
