The USA CECOM Acquisition Center-Washington intends to acquire under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, an Enterprise Wide License for Paragon ELT/4000 Software and Enterprise Maintenance for a period of one year. Paragon Imaging ELT/4000 Series is designed for advanced image viewing and manipulation. The ELT/4000 Software allows the capturing of images from archives or live video, and the enhancement and editing of those images for detailed analysis. ELT/4000 permits all information pertaining to a specific target to be packaged as a single National Imagery Transmission Format (NITF) message. Additionally ELT/4000 uses MAGIC, the UNIX standard for identifying the type of data in any file. Paragon Scientific is the sole developer, distributor and maintainer of the ELT/4000 Series Software Licenses.
