The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure: the furnishing, installation and training for one (1) each Spruce Authoring and Encoding System, Model DTCX, consisting of: software license, decoder card, NT computer, DVD recorder, miscellaneous equipment and cabling, software maintenance for one (1) year, system installation and training.
