These items must be able to incorporate full Officer In Tactical Command Information Exchange (OTCIXS) and Tactical Data Information Exchange Subsystem (TADIX) network functionality. ComGlobal systems Incorporated is the sole integrator of the items and therefore the only source capable of providing the items. Therefore, the Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with ComGlobal Systems Incorporated, 1235 Hotel Circle South, Suite G, San Diego, CA 92108 for the part number listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1.
