This is a modification to the previous presolicitation notice for mattresses with the submission no. 365547. This modification is issued to correct the quantities and to provide the delivery schedule. The quantties are hereby corrected (increased) as follows: The quantity of mattress size 38" x 80" x 6" is hereby corrected to read 5,250 each and quantity of mattress size 38" x 80" x 6" is hereby corrected to read 2,750 each. The total quantity shall be delivered within 6 months after date of order with partial deliveries of minimum 1000 each a month. Delivery shall start approx. 8 weeks after date of order.
