This effort is for BBN to continue development of testbeds and algorithms for research and development of In-Buoy Processing in a horizontal Planar or horizontal planar array sonobuoy. BBN is the sole developer of these algorithms and the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform this effort within the limited constraints of the Navy.
