Offers are due no later than 30 calendar days after the actual release date of the RFP, at 3:30 p.m. EDT, in the Bid Room located at NASA/GSFC, Code 213, Bldg. 17, Room S142, Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD, 20771. The exact date will be specified in the RFP cover letter. The RFP will be posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service Web site at http://genesis.gsfc.nasa.gov/procure.htm.
