Cable services are expected to begin 01 October 1999. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order for a period of one year. The only known source for this requirement is Falcon Cablevision. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received by 03 September 1999 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
