The contractor shall perform all duties and services required to provide Information Technology (IT) services to Sembach Annex and its Geographically Separated Units (GSU) located at Pruem AS, Giebelstadt, Grafenwoehr, Katterbach, Rhein Main in Germany along with Kester and Flobeq in Belgium. The contractor shall be responsible for providing communications maintenance support for all locations as well as Siegenburg Bombing Range. In addition, the contractor shall provide local area network connectivity to those GSUs not receiving services from the host base. The services shall include, but are not limited to, radio, maintenance control, material control, network, telephone, multimedia support, and communications infrastructure management. Normal hours of operation to support these services are 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. local, Monday through Friday, with 1 hour each day for lunch unless otherwise specified. The contractor shall collect, maintain and provide workload and management information data for services provided. Base population is approximately 1,500. Contractor requires top secret clearance.
